The personal safety application is easily set up and configurable through SoloProtect Insights by a department or Health and Safety manager.

Some features are determined by the solution tier purchased.
• Red Alert
A high priority, user triggered alarm event, initiating immediate contact with the SoloProtect Monitoring Centre (or the nominated alarm contact where SoloProtect monitoring is not included) through your personal safety device.
• Check In
An alert left at the Monitoring Centre detailing your current location, situation, and status to aid the operator in dealing with any subsequent alerts.
• Ready 2 Talk*
The feature triggers a live 2-way voice call to the Monitoring Centre and is only to be used in non-alarm situations, but where you would benefit from additional support.
• Privacy Toggle
Using the privacy toggle within the app settings, you decide* whether your location information is passed back to SoloProtect Insights, or to remain private (when turned on).
• Lone Worker Info Screens
Helping you to stay on track. SoloProtect Mobile’s info screens can be utilised to store and access personal information, vehicle details or shift patterns. Giving you a swift point of reference as needed and leaving you to focus on the job in hand.
• Risk Messaging
Receive messages from a colleague or team of workers through SoloProtect Insights, directly to your app. Whether it is to notify you of updated working plans, a tip to avoid a traffic hotspot, or a specific notification of a genuine risk event, your manager can use Insights to push valuable messages to mobile teams. You can confirm receipt, and your manager receives feedback on message acceptance through Insights, informing any review of who is successfully notified.
• Working Status
Allows you to indicate when you are or when you are not currently working. This is visible to your manager in SoloProtect Insights to assist the process of job allocation or the ongoing deployment of resources.
• My Analytics
A snapshot of your app activity, as part of a simple dashboard displayed within the application.
• Location Push
SoloProtect Mobile will push your location data to the Monitoring Centre / Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) periodically. This information is only shared with your employer if privacy mode is not enabled.
* Location data is available to our Alarm Receiving Centre during a Red Alert irrespective of the privacy toggle, as an Operator may require it to confirm your location and request a dispatch to the emergency services.
